Regular Member Requirements:

• Marines: Currently serving or honorably discharged/retired from active duty with at least 90 days of service.

• Reservists: Serving or honorably separated from the Marine Corps Reserve with at least 90 Reserve Retirement Credit Points.

• Navy FMF Personnel: U.S. Navy Corpsmen or Chaplains who have trained and deployed with Marine Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) units for over 90 days and earned the FMF warfare device or Marine Corps clasp on their service ribbon.

• Proof of Service: Required to submit your last DD-214 or a copy of your active/reserve military ID

 

If you did not serve in the Marines or the qualifying Navy units, you can join as an Associate Member.

Associate Member Requirements:

• You do not need to submit proof of military service.

• You must be a patriotic citizen of the U.S. who supports the aims and ideals of the Marine Corps League.
