Battlin' Betties Benefit Yard Sale

Battlin Betties Tennessee Platoon is an auxiliary of ladies who dress in 1940s-50s attire and do community events honoring our veterans and first responders.

We volunteer for events all over the state of Tennessee. From events for Fort Campbell Spouses Club to VFW Dickson and Wellness checks for our first responders. One of our main focus is Wreaths Across America for Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Pegram Tennessee. We help with the national Wreaths Across America Ceremony December 16th. We hold a car/bike and pinup contest fundraiser for this cause every year.

Saturday October 14th we had a garage sale at the VFW Dickson. We had an abundance of donations. All proceeds from the garage sale went to help one of our own Battlin' Betties Sister who is kicking Cancers A$$ Unfortunately with this healing she is unable to work and medical treatment is expensive. The remaining items went to Hope on the Square in Centerville and Goodwill in Dickson.
